In 2019, I developed the Theory of Life’s Purpose and tried to make it as scientific as possible. In this presentation, I start from the same core content, but I flip the approach: instead of moving from theory to practice, I begin with the practical side and work outwards.
My theory examines the purpose of life from a broad, overarching perspective. At its heart is the idea that emotional/astral energies play a decisive role in shaping our lives. In this practical version, I focus on describing these energies and the conditions that influence them. That means the presentation does not deal directly with the purpose of life itself. Instead, it explores the small, everyday moments — and once you understand what’s happening on this level, the theory’s larger perspective becomes much clearer and more meaningful.
The guidance and descriptions in this presentation are not merely preparation for understanding the theory. They are fundamental insights that show which energies are at work in a person’s life, why they are there, what you can do about them, and what the outcomes will be.
Why is this information relevant in practice?
Take a moment to look honestly at your life. What fills most of your time and energy? What causes you the greatest frustration? Now ask yourself which type of person you are:
- Are you the type who meets challenges as they come and doesn’t spend much time wondering why they appeared?
- Or are you the type who wants to understand why challenges arise, what you can do about them, and what higher purpose they might serve?
If you belong to group two, it is worth reading on. If you belong to group one, it is worth simply continuing to live your life as you have done until now.
